I write from an interest in art education and human welfare. My particular bent is to encourage self-development beyond the reigns of “contemporary” culture. I’ve studied extensively in the visual arts and art history (m.f.a. in painting, d.e.a. in art criticism) and find inspiration in situations favorable to bringing today’s concepts into balance with the very material context of our world.
